@Nicholas Pollard Hey! Thank you so much! In March of this year, I put a plan together that would return me to an active lifestyle. I joined iFit, and began walking, tracking my progress. Not so much thinking of the weight loss. I then got with a nutritionist and learned how to create meals I would love in all food groups. The only extreme thing I did would be eliminating refined sugar. Giving up sugar was a big gamechanger. It seemed impossible to quit because I love it. Now, four months in, the fitness change is a daily habit that I look forward to. I walk 30 minutes daily and incorporate several calisthenics routines on YouTube. I'm down 27 pounds, my anxiety level has decreased to zero, and I have no problem maintaining a good sleep habit. I no longer crave the desserts. It's amazing and much of this I contribute to ruling out excess foods and sugar and just getting active again makes it all worth it. I feel great. I'm writing my memoir. I'm not walking around with a phone all the time, and I am sure there are many other benefits. I'm so glad to be part of "I Hope You Hate This". Thank you, Nick!
