I've sent my claim form the B&P Courts at The Roll Building, Fetter Lane, twice. The courts continue to send it back asking me to file with the Local County Courts. I had been to the local County Court to file and request that it was filed in the Chancery Division however, they say to send it to the Civil National Business Center in Northampton. Is this their game of tactics? As I understand there are only 6 addresses (for B&P Chancery) that the N1 and Particulars of Claim should be filed. Has anyone had the same problem? My cover letter requests that it is filed as it is equitable and seeks equitable and statutory relief under UK GDPR, DPA 2018.

A trust was created locking in an assest of a Pension with AEGON, known under Scottish law. The surrender of the full value is said to mean tax of £13,000. The money has already been bloody taxed and as an irrevocable Trust with no tax being applicable, what legislation do I use to remove the liability of taxes when applying and receiving the total matured value?

I'm on the Jersey Financial Services Commission website and have reviewed all the information required however, need to find a mailing Jersey address. Can any one direct me in the right direction, they are not giving much away whilst searching.
