For practice stuff on bluebook what’s the difference between SAT and PSAT?

I’m quite literally stuck at 1250 like idk what to do HELP. Both maths and eng are about the same like mid 600s.

Is it better to use the time in the full length practice like in a real SAT? As in like to use all the time and the break time and stuff or is it fine

The SAT reading is like an ADHD test like istg I zone out everytime HAHAHA (no but srsly how do I not)
