Follower Ad Structure
I grabbed the transcript from Brandon's video that @Ads Team recommended and threw it into chatgpt and asked it to give me a format anyone could duplicate, so I figured I'd share here too. 🎥 FOLLOWER GROWTH AD VIDEO STRUCTURE (OUTLINE) This is the exact flow used in the ad you shared — broken down so your students can plug in their own content while keeping the structure that converts. 1. Call Out the Ideal Client + Qualify Quickly Immediately identify who the ad is for, so it stops the scroll of the right person. Example: “Are you an online coach that has momentum?” Your Student Can Say: “Are you a [role] who [specific qualifier]?” Purpose: Hook aligned people fast. Push away unqualified leads. 2. Agitate the Gap / Current Problem Call out what they’re struggling with in their business right now. Example: “You’re good at sales, you just need more people to sell to.” Your Student Can Say: “You’re great at [X], but you’re stuck because of [Y].” 3. Invite Action Immediately (CTA #1) Tell them what to do right now — usually to follow or engage. Example: “What I want you to do is give me a follow here on Instagram...” Your Student Can Say: “Follow me here so I can show you how to [core promise].” 4. Drop Proof + Authority This is your brag moment. Show results, numbers, or success stories. Example: “I spent $472K last year on ads like these... Grew to 40K real followers… Signed 1,000+ high-ticket clients…” Your Student Can Say: “I’ve [achievement/result], helped [clients], or grown [X] by doing [Y].” TIP: Screenshots, overlays, or quick B-roll clips showing results can boost credibility here. 5. Make it Bigger Than You (Broader Proof) Show that this isn't just your success — it works for others too. Example: “This hasn’t only worked for me — we’ve had hundreds of testimonials.” Your Student Can Say: “My clients have done the same — it’s repeatable.” 6. Explain the Process / Framework (Simplified)
Get excited next week is all about: 👉 Your graphics 👉 Your captions
Here’s what you need to know going into next week: AD GRAPHICS = BUILT TO CONVERT These are not just pretty pictures. They are designed to stop the scroll and drive action—clicks, sign-ups, conversions. ✅ Bold. ✅ Clean. ✅ High contrast. ✅ Minimal, intentional text that tells people exactly what to do: “Claim Your Spot.” “Book Now.” “Download Free.” Nothing on your graphic is random. Every element is there to get results. AD CAPTIONS = YOUR SECRET WEAPON Writing ad copy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. You've got ADDY to walk you through a proven, high-converting structure: - HOOK: Stop them in their scroll - PAIN POINT: Speak to the problem they already know they have - SOLUTION: Show them how YOU solve it - PROOF: Give results, testimonials, or data - CTA: Tell them exactly what to do next—and why they should do it now That’s the framework we use in our client ads and now it's yours. You're not guessing. You’re building strategy-driven, results-focused ads with support behind you.

I’m excited to learn about graphics! Even though I’m sure I’ll be disappointed that pretty things don’t perform as well as basic ones. 😂
I spent some time looking at your Social Media...
Hey everyone! I spent some time looking at your social media this morning, pretending I was the one running your ads. If I was running your ads, here are some posts for each of you that I thought would make good reach ads. If I didn't see a specific post, I have generated an idea based on content from your website for you to create. As a reminder, you will be able to watch the replay to do the set-up OR I have created a workbook that walks you through step by step Click HERE for the full step-by-step guide on setting up your Reach Ads. Click HERE for the printable version @Jess Morgan 1) I would do a reach campaign to the local area we set up: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DL95WfsM1YC/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== https://www.instagram.com/reel/DL0fbjLPP9x/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== 2) If you can repost something similar to this without the CTA of the challenge that has passed -- perhaps it was recorded? Or you can reframe it to go to this: https://www.ladyandlionco.com/freeempath https://www.instagram.com/p/DORRPkRj8Fh/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== 3) Create a post around - What makes Kundalini different from other forms of yoga @Paige Major 1) https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPACePREqDf/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

This is SO helpful. I have another video I was going to post today, but it has a direct call to action to YTFB... should I start backing off on the direct CTA's for the course for now?
Button clicks counting as sales...
Quick question about ZenLife's ads. A button click is counting as a "lead" when it shouldn't... or is it a lead and something else comes up for the actual sale? I am shutting them off now, because the event is today, but would love to know how to fix this for future campaigns! What's Happening: https://www.loom.com/share/70c4e8cfb774496cb542432d92041ac9?sid=5453e6d5-0d28-4cae-93d7-c99ce33dd261 Ads Manager Setup: https://www.loom.com/share/f40a451892854af2bf5b49f8a0740fb6?sid=73c4251a-01bf-4ece-8b91-3f3d6c6d1733 URL that the ad is pointing to: https://zenlifehealing.com/event/intro-to-self-hypnosis-a-two-day-workshop-for-deep-inner-change/2025-09-26/ URL where they actually purchase: https://momence.com/ZenLife-Center-for-Healing/Self-Hypnosis-Training/121412635 The reason the ad points to the first URL and not just directly to the purchase link, is that Momence really limits our ability to make the purchase page look good. We can't even add line breaks between sentences so the descriptions are always really jumbled.

Facebook Content?
So obviously we need to make sure that our Instagram profiles have good content on them… but do our Facebook business pages matter? Like do they need content too? 😅

So if I haven't been pushing content there since like 2020... should I post some old stuff or just start pushing going forward?
