⚡ The 5-Minute Year-End reflection
We spend so much time planning for "next year" that we often forget to harvest the gold from the year we just finished. You don't need a 20-page journal for this. You just need 5 minutes and the comment section below. Let’s do a quick end of big cycle, reflect over: 1. 🏆 The Big Win: What is the #1 thing you are most proud of accomplishing this year? (Big or small!) 2. 🛑 The Hard Stop: What is one habit, mindset, or task you are refusing to carry into next year? and what will you be doing differently to ensure you (or your business) become a better version of itself. 3. 🚀 The Q1 Target: If you could only hit ONE goal in the first 90 days of next year, what would it be? Why do this? Because clarity pushes your focus and creates momentum and hopefully velocity. Let's see those Q1 objectives below! 👇

@Zona Lord Thank you for sharing! It looks like you are on a path to grow big in 2026! (@everybody else, check Zona's profile and you'll find her community there). Something (that you may have already in your plans) that may help you to move foward with more certainty is to asign quantifiable indicators for your Q1 goal. For example, besides 'grounding' the method, maybe aim for something like 'have the first version tested by 2 potential clients.' A measurable goal makes it easier to decide on the tasks that will move it forward, helping you reach the next better version faster.

Thank you Oly for joining. Now we are in the initial phase of this experiment (that´s why I wanted to have creative and innovative people joining). My intention is to initiate some "conversations" with some content around innovation this next week to see what are the priotities on the few members, to see where that goes and take it from there.. hopefully we´ll be able to meet online a few of us !! more in the next days!! 🤩
Hi! Im Zona
Hi everyone! I'm originally from Cape Town, South Africa, and have been living in the Netherlands since we became empty nesters in 2023. I'm a certified coach with a background in business psychology and leadership development. I’m excited to be here and to support this new space! Innovation has always fascinated me, especially where creativity meets psychology and purpose. My biggest challenge right now is juggling a few too many projects. I’m learning to be intentional with my focus and energy so I don’t slip back into burnout. Definitely a work in progress! Looking forward to co-creating and learning alongside you all.
