I'm so excited to have you all here. This community is going to be an incredible resource, and the more we know about each other, the stronger we'll be. Let's break the ice! I am asking you to introduce yourself in a fun way. Share your name, your business, and one "pro-tip" you've learned in your journey so far. Here's an example: - Name: Sonic Karayel (Retired Air Force) - Business: "Sonic Combinator" - I help small businesses go from 0 to 1 in their business journey! - Pro-Tip: Most business owners focus on acquiring new customers, but a high-impact strategy they often overlook is customer retention through a predictable re-engagement system. - Instead of constantly chasing new sales, you can generate more revenue by creating an automated process to bring past customers back. For example, a car mechanic could send an email or text reminder for an oil change six months after the last service. A custom cake baker could send a message a year after a client's wedding, offering a small anniversary cake. This approach is powerful because it costs significantly less to sell to an existing customer than to acquire a new one. By setting up a simple, automated system, you build loyalty, increase your customer's lifetime value, and create a more predictable revenue stream for your business.

@Sonic K Thanks for the warm welcome! I’m very excited to be part of this community and especially about everything we can learn and share with one another. My name is Pablo. I used to be a high school teacher, but when Covid hit, I lost my job. Since we were all locked down, I decided to look for an online job. That’s how I started freelancing as a virtual assistant, and ever since I’ve dedicated myself to learning and practicing new skills. Not everything I learned was online, though. By watching YouTube videos, I actually became a leather craftsman. I learned to make wallets, card holders, tote bags—all 100% handmade. When I wasn’t working with leather, I was online—working, learning, researching. Five years later, I’m here, doing my best to help businesses thrive using online tools, AI, and automation. Along the way, I’ve gained experience in sales, customer service, tech support, Meta and Google ads, and online teaching. Most recently, I discovered Go High Level. I’ve been working with GHL for almost six months now, and combined with my previous experience, I can help businesses with things like: - Building websites that capture leads and automate communications - Setting up email, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media automations - Running ad campaigns - Creating sales funnels for lead capture - Setting up online booking calendars - Developing courses and memberships - Creating and selling physical and digital products Even though I’ve made progress in remote work and online business, there are still areas where I’d love to grow. In particular: - Lead generation - Crafting attractive offers - Cold outreach Right now, I’m helping two businesses: - Managing an online course hosted on WordPress - Building a landing page for an electrical company Now, I’m looking to expand and support more businesses by helping them improve how they present themselves online. I’m really looking forward to connecting, learning, and building strong relationships with this amazing community!

@Sonic K I love how the website goes straight into showing customer reviews and the appointment calendar! I think that many people are "afraid" of selling (me included)! I tend to think of websites as informative and helping tools before selling tools. Maybe this selling approach is what I need to try šŸ˜…
