How would you track renewal vs upsell?
No cpq. "Ideally we would have a renewal field and an upsell field and when we capture reports we separate the two out" this has been an ongoing discussion for over a year, and of course no one can actually define what they are or when they happen.. but aside from that... more fields on the opportunity object isn't the answer right? I've considered something like a field on opp product or using a different opp product completely, but not really sure. I guess this all matters because of how they pay the sales reps
