The workflow would be as follows: 1️⃣ Reply to comments with 'I'll send you a DM' (don't use the same reply for each comment) 2️⃣ Send the commenter a friend request. 3️⃣ Reach out with a friendly DM that carries on the conversation. 4️⃣ Provide value for 3 messages (answer their questions + give them advice) 5️⃣ Ask them if they want to jump on a call This is a variation of the sell by chat method and is a solid 'non-salesy' approach.
