My agents are having trouble staying consistent response on projects. How to turn project skills into global skills?

I've spent over 500 hours inside Claude's ecosystem, so I ranked every feature from D tier all the way up to S tier based on how much each one actually changes my day-to-day knowledge work and automation. Then I walk through my top 12 in order and explain exactly why each one earned its spot. Keep in mind I'm doing a lot of automation and knowledge work, not heavy software engineering, so you'll probably disagree with some of my placements. That's the point, you value these features differently based on how you use Claude Code.

Hi everyone, I'd love to get some inspiration on your daily AIOS workflows. In what industry and context are you currently using yours? A few weeks ago, I built my own AIOS via a web app to manage my AI agency. It handles all my lead tracking, customer projects, and other core tasks. I built my first workflow. A newsletter automation that automatically researches a topic, produces infographics, drafts the text in my own voice and tone, and sends to my email. The design could probably be further improved with more back and forth. But, I have zero technical skills or previous experience. So, I am actually surprised by how relatively straightforward this was.

I used a site called Magica AI (an online AI-platform that basically combines Claude Code with n8n in one fell swoop) to start applying what I'm learning with the AI-automation courses on here and created a simple yet functional AI prediction-model that can be used to predict the likelihood of events given within a given timeframe - it ain't all that much, but it's a step in the right direction :> What do you guys think of my workflow? Is there any critiques you want to give me on how to make it better? Just wondering :>
