Marring tips?
Using a vip tip having trouble getting it to not mar the panel from knocking down. No heat on the hood so it’s not real soft. Sand it more aggressively? Starting at 1500 taking to 3000. Any advice is appreciated

I got the same with that tip. With the VIP 2.0 i dont have any issues so i use that one

Challenge for today
I am really happy how this repair turned out. Snow felt from the roof and made a big ass dent. How would you guys tackle the last 15%? It is still a bit wayvy. Swipe to see the results ->>

@Jay Tehrani thank u! I have used the hotbox a few times but it did not work for me. It went up and then straight back to a dent. Maybe there is a learning curve on it but cant find good information on the hotbox on youtube

Avoid lines when glue pulling
Hello Techs, When i gluepull and knock down i always get a line when cross checking. Does anyone know how to avoid them? And how to you guys fix them? Just glue pulling with a crease tab?

When it is a small dent i use a small brace tool. Most of the tools are too thick for that small hole
