Is there any solution to opening a private bank account as a non US citizen?

i couldn't understand what is the problem with single member llc and whether i should open a single or multiple-member LLC I am not US resident my clients are outside of the US I don't have US service providers or employees I sell digital products

So how i open LLC company, bank account and everything? im still not sure why I need multiple person LLC and not single

a few Questions 1. Im not a US resident and my clients are outside of the US everything is happening online. in case i open a Delaware company or Wyoming company will I need to pay tax to the US? 2. I have a company in Dubai, can the Dubai company own the US company and then all the profits will go straight to the Dubai company? if so, how I do it? 3. what about dividends Is there any tax on dividends?
