CRM Features / Functions?
Hello (anyone?) Is there just a simple video of what the CRM has, does and comes with? Tried extrapolating from the multiple webinars, support emails, posts, threads, product names and combos thereof but still at the same place- minus many hours. Thanks.

@Eric N Nah, they only care about the PRO which costs around $6200. Any CRM related questions will be close to ignored or completely ignored. I'm sure because I track my email opens. When I asked about the PRO, they gave me a paragraph worth of email, but when I asked about the CRM, they only replied with four sentences and then never responded again. I saw the email open so I'm sure about this. I will even say I got the salesperson's reply to me about the CRM only because I asked about the $6200 PRO mentoring in the first place. So far the experience was horrible and I'm glad I didn't rush to pay them the $6200 mentorship.

@Catherine Ernst Dove Plus, every CRM software has a trial, but the fact that they don't have one, plus a zero-refund tolerance policy, is a red flag. It's ridiculous how our attitude can go from being excited and seeking the service to a 180 on this. If you need a CRM use Active campaign, they’re not going anywhere, support is much kinder and helpful even you haven’t subscribed to it and not asking Active Campaign related question and the service fee is much lower.
Questions about Growthworks PRO and Courses
Hi @Aaron Fletcher hi team, got 2 questions here. 1) Can anyone show me some information of the PRO membership? I'm interested to know what's included and what kind of support I can request for. Specifically, I'm looking for a coach to provide direct feedback on my offers, funnels, and VSL scripts so that I can make changes quickly. Speed is everything to me right now. I've been waiting patiently for 11 days since I first sent emails and 3 days since I asked questions in the group and DM someone in the team, but I still haven't received any information. Maybe I'm asking too much and maybe this is normal but it's got me worried if this is the response speed I'll get if I joined the program. Too many things can be done in 11 days. And tomorrow is weekend and I heard another guy in the team said that they don't work over the weekend so Idk. All I need is a screen capture video or some sort of information. 2) Is most of the videos in the courses are 1 to 2 hours long? Like High Ticket Course Launch Formula is around 20 hours. It's longer than the Harry Potter movie series. (1,179 minutes long, 19 hours and 39 minutes) I googled it. Not complaining and I did take action but I still feel part of my soul die catching up on it even I'm watching it at 2x speed. Is there a condense version? Like no fun talk just boring dry information.

Questions about the CRM and the PRO membership
Hi @Aaron Fletcher hi team I'm keen to get my hands on the CRM and join the coaching program but I'm having a hard time reaching you guys since you guys are not really replying to email that much. Here are my questions: 1) So I'm looking for a replacement for EverWebinar. I wonder if the CRM has webinar feature? 2) Does the CRM have a cart feature built-in? I saw it in the demo slides but didn't see it in the GW Community QuickStart Growthworks CRM Features. And if yes, can recurring payments be set up? 3) I'm currently using ConvertKit, and I'm hoping to integrate it with the CRM. Is it possible to do so? 4) Is there more information for the PRO membership? I'm looking for coach to look into my offers, funnels and VSL scripts for direct feedback so I can make changes fast. Doesn't need to be videos or calls, in fact I prefer emails and maybe screen recording videos so that way it's much faster. I'm eager to get my hands on the bundle since it includes the coaching, courses and CRM, and I'm willing to do it ASAP since I'm short on time.
