15 Mins Of Fun
Saw the March “homework” and had to try it out immediately! 10°C, no wind. Perfect conditions. 🌬️ And honestly - I had a blast. 😆 Started with a simple back-and-forth run for about five minutes, but before I knew it, Play Mode activated. Spent the rest of the 15 minutes running around like a wild kid (definitely got some looks from people on the path behind the camera). Also, I may have unlocked a groundbreaking running technique - SHIRTLESS, of course. Maximum sun absorption = maximum performance. Definitely made me run better… somehow. (Still waiting on the science to confirm.) Had to check myself a few times - Dreamliner junkie instincts kicked in - but kept it smooth and controlled. And of course, ended up with a solid layer of geese poop on my feet. Very natural, very authentic. 😂 The video just shows a few of the ways I played around with (slow) running. What a day. Hugs from Denmark! 🇩🇰 Edit: Video doesn’t have preview so added pictures instead.

Coaching a Pro-Boxer (video) - Session plan, strategy, thoughts...
Hey School, Earlier this week I coached an up and coming professional British boxer Niall Brown. We'd spoken for a few weeks and he had just started rope flow so he had dragon roll down on both sides coming into it which served well. This video is me talking through the session and footage of his training as we did it. What we did and why we did it using: - Rope Flow - Kettlebells - Landmines It should serve to anyone passionate about boxing/martial arts or just coaching in general and wants some ideas of how to teach what I share here on to others. Enjoy!

Cool to see this. Good stuff 🌍💫
What is the module timeline?
In the "Full Course Outline" video it talks about INFANT, ANIMAL & MAN as the modules. But the courses are not labeled as so in the Classroom section. Could you please clarify what modules and in which order we need to take? Thanks!

My suggestion would be: Start simple, choose a module that looks interesting and is somewhat relevant to you. Stick to it for a while and reap the rewards. Then either add on to what you’re doing or change it up completely. I always choose on the day of training what to do, because my body has specific needs and wants. For me there is no set path, and I haven’t followed the modules in any particular order. Play with it. Explore.

So exited for this module! Definitely shirts off as well as pants - these articles of clothing just limit movement 😂😉
September Update (Modules Added & Upcoming) + My Win
Hey hope everyone has had a fun and soulfully productive Summer so far! Few updates from me here... MODULES ADDED 1) 'The Outside Edge' & 'Mindful Warrior' have both been added as Courses to the Classroom here. 2) ROPE FLOW+ I have updated the 'Rope Flow Plus' Module not only with the public youtube tutorials but also there are some new tutorials I haven't released publicly anywhere (see Matador section). UPCOMING MODULES 1) I am waiting for my friend who's going to help me shoot but hopefully I will begin working on a Parkour Basics module this month. Few other things in the pipeline but I'll leave it as that for now. How are you getting on? What have you been working on and have you had any wins with your body recently? I HAVE ONE TO SHARE! I trained Parkour outside on Saturday with the Notts PK crew and did lots of jumping on concrete (you can see it here https://www.instagram.com/p/Cwsf_P0NEL_/?hl=en ) and my ankles felt great and even the next day I felt light on my feet. Truly amazing to me still how far I've come and I believe the Feather Barrier work has been fundamental in me feeling this way. Live Chat announcement coming soon. Thanks for reading tribe, Tim

Thought about suggesting some kind of elaboration/expansion on locomotion, so i’m very exited for the parkour basics! One love
