Hey y’all! My name is Osama Imam, I’m an orthopedic physical therapist from metro Detroit, MI. Big kettlebell guy, just looking to connect and improve daily. Ultimate goals are to be a functional 80+ year old who can still lift, travel, and live life fully. I definitely need help with consistency (especially being that I have a full gym at my workplace), and ideally getting down around another 8-10 lbs. Happy to be here!
