How I make my viral film studies
Guys let me know in the comments if these are actually useful. If not I can start doing something better weekly instead. This community is for building or already established elite boxers. So I will trim out what's not efficient for us.

Yea i did it was a good fight (unlike the fight before the main event 🤦🏽) honestly im just glad it didn’t come into a draw but i think cruz won that fight

When you doing these drills , when you fighting , when you running. Remember this drown out the distractions put in the work and its going to come! Don't worry about how long and when.
