Faithful
This morning during prayer, I spent a few quiet moments listening for what God wanted to impress on my heart. One word came clearly: Faithful. I didn’t fully understand why at the time. As the day went on, I was tempted to slip back into old habits and old ways of thinking. I had every opportunity to respond like the old version of me. But instead, I kept coming back to that one word. Faithful. So I prayed. I praised God throughout the day. When temptation came, I asked Him for strength instead of relying on my own. I chose obedience over impulse. And today reminded me of something I’ll never forget: Our job is to plant the seed. God gives the increase. Not every act of faithfulness produces an immediate result, but every act of faithfulness produces growth in us. Don’t grow weary in doing good. Stay faithful when no one is watching. Stay faithful when it’s hard. Stay faithful when you’re tempted to quit. Stay faithful even when you can’t yet see what God is doing. Your breakthrough may not begin with a miracle. It may begin with a single decision to remain faithful. “So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” — 1 Corinthians 3:7

Today was a very productive day for me and I noticed when I’m on this high I tend to get comfortable and forget bro, that God is the reason.

The mission
Brothers, If we’re not careful, we can become so focused on building a better life that we forget why we’ve been given life in the first place. We weren’t created simply to chase success, build wealth, lose weight, or accomplish goals. Those things have value. But they are not our mission. Our mission is to glorify God with the life He has entrusted to us. Scripture reminds us: “Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31 This life isn’t ours to simply live however we choose. It’s a gift. A stewardship. An assignment. Each of us has been given gifts, opportunities, relationships, and influence—not to build our own kingdom, but to faithfully represent His. The challenge is that we often want God to reveal the entire plan before we take the first step. But faith doesn’t work that way. The path doesn’t have to be clear. It just has to be walked. God rarely shows us the whole journey. He asks us to trust Him with the next step. Our responsibility isn’t to know every detail of the mission. Our responsibility is to faithfully walk the mission we’ve been given. So today, ask yourself: Am I living for my own plans… or am I living for God’s purpose? Brothers, let’s be men who wake up each morning and say: “Father, here I am. Whatever You’ve assigned to me today, I’ll walk it.” The path doesn’t have to be clear. It just has to be walked. Let’s walk it together.
