If we want to live in flow state and express our true potential, we must train the mind to stay in a Positive State. In my early 20s, I realized this truth and began the practice of turning every negative thought into a positive one. It took conscious effort. I was amazed at how many negative thoughts appeared each day. Becoming present to myself in this way was an incredible act of self-empowerment. With each shift, my state changed quickly. Soon, positivity became natural. Happiness followed. My business flourished. Magazines reached out to feature my story. Opportunities flowed toward me. I grew in leaps and bounds. A deeper maturity anchored itself within me, guided by wisdom. I discovered something powerful: our inner state shapes our outer reality. A positive attitude opens doors to synchronicities, solutions, and opportunities. A negative mindset pulls in more problems.
