Show rate issue. How do I fix?
I got a new web design/marketing offer, booking loads of meetings through meta ads, but the show rate is terrible. I do 2 call close. Prospect show interest on setting call and do get their commitment to show up, but high number of them don't. Any idea how to fix this? Currently have automation for sms reminder to show on call only.

1. Double book each slot 2. Triple book each slot 3. Quadriple book each slot worst case 2 people show up at the same time. 2 people showing up at once is better than the alternative. Thats teh simplest outside of examining why they would want to show up in the first place. Having a compelling reason. Hope this helps
Here’s how I handle the typical “send me an email” objection on a cold call.
A lot of people say that we should try to book a meeting even after someone says “send me an email”. When I do that, it never goes anywhere. Even when I send them an email, they never reply. Not just this, when I try to call them again, they never pick up my phone. Instead of trying to force a meeting, here’s what I found works really well (at least for me). So when the prospect says “send me an email”, I don’t fight back. Sometimes, people are genuinely interested and they need some more time and space to make a decision. If you fight back, they feel like you’re forcing and trying to “sell”. I agree to sending them an email after confirming their email address. But, before I hang up, I ask a question. And this is key. This tells me if the prospect is genuinely interested or are they just trying to get off the phone. I ask, “Is it okay if I call you back this week, to see if you got a chance to read the email?” The ones who are really interested will say yes. But the ones who are not interested will say no. This helps me keep my expectations in check. Use it and let me know how it goes.

It depends on my mood historically it falls under 1 of 3 bucks Option A Can you send me an email? Me: No. Option B Can you send me an email? Me: Why? Option C: Choose optoin A or B After 15 years of biz dev and sales experience and 300k cold calls (manually dialing) i've forgotten more ways i've failed than some people will fail and the only pieces of advice or useful and helpful tips isnt something that sounds good. What you are saying sounds great. However one thing that is missing is the connection rate of those callbacks? Just because one out of 1,000 actaully answer when you call back does not make that an effective method. in some of my gigs i've seen guys send out literally hundreds of emails and get 1 response and they all celebrated the success of the sole reply and then everyone did what "worked" when in fact a simple email like this gets responses Subject: May We Talk? Name, I know you are busy. May We Talk? Sincerely, Your first name. if they don't reply you can bump that in 2 days with a simple "any thoughts?" Note that worked is defined by a response negative or postive because either is a win. If they are truly interested they will take the 5 minutes to talk to you. If they aren't willing to talk to you regardless of how nice its stil a blow off. Going for the no will save time, effort, and energy. You know its funny. Most salespeople have a pipedream not a pipeline. They have lits upon lists of people who said they are interested and they never pick up the phone again. When a prospect asks you to call back you both are entering into an unspoken agreement. One the prospect will never answer your calls. Two you will keep calling. You both know this yet it still happens. How much of a sales persons career could be saved and repurposed if they killed the pipedream and focused on well i dont know calling someone else? I know you are doing your best and simply trying to generate interest in a room about paid ads for your sales community. That's better then pitching slapping people in DMs so awesome.
