Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on my outreach strategy. im trying to start a SaaS agency here in Denmark. Since B2B cold emailing is illegal here, I’ve pivoted to cold calling. The problem is that I'm having a really hard time finding direct phone numbers for business owners. I’ve tried using AI tools, but they just aren't effective for the Danish market. Since Malmö, Sweden, is only a 20 minute drive from Copenhagen and B2B cold emailing is legal there, I'm weighing a few options and would love your input: 1. Should I switch my focus to the Swedish market? (Specifically Malmö). 2. Does anyone have reliable tips or tools for finding Danish B2B phone numbers? 3. Should I pivot my business model entirely? Given the strict local regulations, maybe a SaaS agency isn't the best fit for where I live.
