I am genuinely glad you are here. This feed is where everything happens between our weekly calls. Check ins, wins, questions, bad days, good days — all of it goes here. Do not be shy. Everyone in here is on the same journey and nobody started where they want to end up. A few things I want from you from day one. Post your weekly check in every Sunday without fail. Tell me how the week went, what you hit, what you struggled with, and your weight for the week. Short is fine. Just show up consistently. Ask questions in the feed. Do not sit on something for a week because you do not want to bother anyone. Ask it. I read everything in here and I will answer it. Celebrate each other. When someone posts a win, acknowledge it. This community is only as strong as the people in it and the energy you bring affects everyone around you. I will be in here every day. You will not be doing this alone. Hi, I’m Seun, originally from Nigeria and currently living in Middlesbrough, UK. I’m starting from a place where I know my biggest challenge is nutrition rather than training. I tend to snack more than eat proper meals, struggle with getting enough protein, and recently gained around 9kg after relying too much on convenience foods. 😭 My goal is to reduce body fat, improve my eating habits, maintain my shape, and build a healthier lifestyle that I can actually stick to long term.
