@Naresh Shan That makes a lot of sense and that is honestly how most strong communities find their direction in the beginning, by listening first and seeing what resonates. One small thing that helps a lot at this stage is having a simple onboarding and follow up flow, so new members know exactly where to start and get gently guided back into the right discussions instead of getting lost. Over time, that also gives you very clear signals about which topics people care about most. Excited to see how this grows.

I’m curious, do you usually encourage members to share what they want to learn most, or do you guide the discussions a bit more in the beginning? I’d love to see how this grows and what insights emerge from these early conversations.
