How do you change the profile license type, guys, please?

When a user is created, I could not find the Salesforce licence to assign the created profile from the licence drop list. Also, does it mean we can only clone a profile with a Salesforce licence to access it?

Any organisation can make use of Salesforce for business growth. i.e., Promotion/Sales, integrating data analytics, etc.

I need an insight to the section in below photo guys. My created custom account did not come up under summarized object. Did I do anything wrong?
