The Islamic Secret to Financial Freedom 💰
Most people think it's about strategy, networking, or working harder. But they're missing the most important piece... Remembering that everything comes from Allah SWT: - Every single provision. - Every opportunity. - Every success. Think about it like this: If you're working a job and you start disobeying your employer, you're not going to get paid. Because the one paying you, you're doing a disservice to. In reality, you're going to do everything you can to make them pleased with you, right? As Muslim business owners, we need to remember that Allah SWT is Ar-Razzaq (The Provider). So, it's crucial that we conduct our business affairs in a way that pleases our Creator in order to maximise our provisions In Sha Allah. One dua I try to keep on top of to remind myself of this is: "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah." There is no power and no strength except with Allah. When you truly understand this, your entire approach to money changes. You realise that by acting in accordance to Islamic teachings... Your business becomes an opportunity to draw closer to Allah SWT In Sha Allah. And that it gives you the best chance of financial freedom, Bi'ithnillah. So, my question for you... How often do you remember this throughout your day?
Gaza: why the Ummah feels so helpless
I heard Bek Lover said something on the 1st Pillar Podcast that hit different... We're out here trying to make changes on a global scale. Fighting for our brothers and sisters in Gaza. But the reality? We're not even connected in our own communities. We're trying to run before we can walk. Muslim entrepreneurs competing instead of collaborating. Keeping our strengths to ourselves instead of sharing them. How can we expect to stop oppression abroad when we can't even unite at home? While we need to continue with the fundraising campaigns... Continue with the social media posts raising awareness... We first need to building real connections in our local Ummah. Doing business ethically together. Being at the forefront of the AI revolution as Muslims. Combining our different skills and strengths. Because a divided Ummah can't create lasting change. Drop in the comments below, what are your thoughts on what needs to be done differently?

My Revert Story: Coming Home As A New Muslim
Told my parents I reverted to Islam on FaceTime... Big mistake. 😬 For those of you who know me, you'll know I'd been living out in Thailand for 2 years working on multiple projects, living what I thought was the good life. Then, while I was out there, Alhamdulillah, Allah SWT guided me to Islam. When I broke the news to my parents over video call, let's just say they were... shocked. They genuinely thought I'd joined some sort of cult lol. The tension was real those first few months but it was finally time to come home in April. That's why I've been away from Skool - focusing on strengthening family ties Bi Idhniallah. But Wallahi, it's been far from easy... - My parents get uncomfortable about me taking Arabic classes. - They get uncomfortable when I excuse myself to pray. - Sometimes I don't even have a quiet space for Salah because my mum's playing violin and my brother's on his guitar (it's like a movie script at this point). - People talking outside my room during prayer. It's honestly all a bit crazy. But here's what I've learned: This is all part of Allah SWT's test. Every single day I try to thank Allah SWT for putting me through these challenges. They're making me a stronger, more devout Muslim each day. Each difficulty is an opportunity to grow closer to Him. Now I'm back on Skool, In Sha Allah, ready to provide more business value and share personal stories. If these posts can help even one member of the Ummah, then every test was worth it. Comment below if you've faced similar family challenges after reverting or becoming more practicing.

Dhul Hijjah: Putting Out Fires or Increased Ibadah?
These are the 10 most blessed days of the year. Time to increase our worship and draw closer to Allah ﷻ. But here's the reality for most Muslim entrepreneurs: - Your business keeps demanding attention. - Client emergencies during dhikr time. - Orders that need processing while you're trying to focus on worship. - Systems breaking down when you want to step away. This is exactly why successful Muslim business owners invest in systems. Not just for profit. But for peace of mind during sacred times like this. When Dhul Hijjah comes, their operations run smoothly. When Ramadan arrives, they can focus on Taraweeh instead of troubleshooting. Their business works FOR their Ibadah, not against it. So here's my question: How do you balance business with worship during these blessed days?

Music. Riba. Zina. What do they all have in common?
They all take you away from Allah ﷻ. Music distracts you from the remembrance of Allah. Riba creates inequality and destroys communities. Zina breaks families and leaves single mothers struggling. Every single thing Allah ﷻ made haram has devastating consequences. Shaitan makes them look appealing in the moment. That instant gratification... That temporary pleasure... But the long-term damage is always catastrophic. There's wisdom behind every prohibition. Allah ﷻ doesn't restrict us to control us. He protects us from destruction. Next time you feel tempted by something haram, remember this: Allah ﷻ can see the consequences you can't. Trust His wisdom over your desires.
