Bio: Got onto carnivore diet 4 years ago for my arthritis. Ex nurse and humanitarian, for 10 years in missions in Afghanistan, Sudan, Iraq and Libya.

Bio: I am 66 years old and work as a caregiver. I have tried different ways to nourish my body. This is the first time I feel brave to try carnivore diet.
