Haven’t shared in a while but had to come here to post the homer I hit this past weekend. Having easily the best year of my life at age 40 lol. The flat bats have been a legit game changer. I feel slump proof. The tilt shall set you free.

This is one for him to plant in his brain for the mental game. He stayed within his swing, was not thinking 'swing for the fences' .... brought his swing to the battle. Now same approach for low and away, etc... get after it with the tilt and stay fused.

When using the fungo and mini: Are all the drills underhand toss? Are all the drills at a 45 degree angle? When should I 45 degree toss vs front toss? With the fungo, is front toss harder than 45 degree toss? With the fungo, when I 45 degree toss (as the tosser) I focus on the hitter's back hip. If I am front tossing with the fungo, what is the ideal spot to toss to (what's my focal point?)?
