Gym Clothing
Hey Ollie, I was wondering if you could touch on the topic of gym clothing? I feel that the generic gym clothing, such as tracksuits and tank tops/compression, looks a bit childish and unclassy. Are there any outfits that combat this, which look and feel classy while still being gym-appropriate?

That’s a good topic. Instead of hoodies, crew necks can be a good option or even the right full-zip cardigan can be pulled off. Avoid large logos and graphic prints for a more classy appearance. Colour co-ordination is another factor to consider too: refer to my Colour Theory course in Module 1 for more. I’ll make a video soon with more info.
