📢 What's In Store For MarketingOS
Marketing OS is literally the AI system that I use on a daily basis that automates my SEO and GEO strategies. Right now what I'm working on is making this as easy as possible to set up and to start using in whatever AI of your choice (I use Claude Code). It's a "second brain" that you attach to your AI that has context about your business, your goals, and if you're an agency, all of your clients, so that when you ask for an output, it has all of the contacts pre-loaded, ready to go. The way I'm building this is it's going to be a CLI tool. CLI tools pretty much allow you to use commands in the terminal so if you use AI -- it can use the commands that you've created. It's super token efficient. This is what I've set up for work and I use on a daily basis. I also have set it up for my personal as well and for creating the vibe marketing lab. I want to be able to give this to you guys to be able to use and set up, and even iterate to your liking. One thing I'm doing is making onboarding for you guys as seamless as possible. I'm creating a dashboard that will allow you to set this up automatically, just going through each thing step by step, and then you can go ahead and start editing it once you point your AI to the folder. If I'm talking gibberish right now, I promise just go through the classroom. I will be making major updates and overhauls to this to go through it step by step but if you are a power user, feel free to start using it right now: 👉 https://github.com/reapzyau/marketing-os P.S. The UI is still in-progress. Though, v1 of the first iteration of your "second brain" should be working!

@Richard Magallanes Hey Richard - github link is dead
What I'm Building For The AI Lab
You've got Claude open in one tab, ChatGPT in another, a half-built n8n flow in a third. Copy, paste, repeat, all day. And we call that AI-powered marketing. One of our members put it better than I could: "technology without method is merely noise." === So here's what I'm building for the AI Lab. Not more tools to add to the pile. Four things you install and run. 1️⃣ PAI is the engine that drives Claude Code. That's the main driver of the whole setup. 2️⃣ MarketingOS is your AI brain, the marketer's command centre. I'm building it in the open right now. 3️⃣ The Skills Pack is your SOPs, the repeatable jobs. Already in your hands, and I keep updating it live. 4️⃣ Then your AI Agents, the workers. These are specialist agents that do the actual work. I just built a copywriting one that researches your reader and writes in their language, and there's more coming. === Put those together and you've got a full operation you run yourself, instead of ten tabs you babysit. And the whole lot is FREE, built in the open as I go.

@Richard Magallanes The whole setup makes sense to me. Most people have probably already put one or two parts of it into practice themselves, but bringing it all together into a complete system certainly sounds promising. I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes and wish you every success, Richard!
The Main Branch (Our Second CC System) Is Now FREE & Open Sourced
Quick one — The Main Branch is now open source! For those of you who don't know, The Main Branch is what got me started in Claude Code. It was a system that allowed you to use Claude Code as a Project Management system. It had features, such as folder routing, helps create your offer, customer avatar, soul and tone of voice. It pretty much stores all of your project files in a folder, so that Claude Code consistently has context around your project. ============================== Devon just dropped the announcement. The engine is on GitHub, free to install, with public docs and releases. For anyone in here who's been waiting to set up Main Branch — the cost barrier is gone. $0 to start. The other shift is a new CLI. Claude Code can now run commands like mb status to check your repo, see if your skills are wired, and figure out what changed since last time. I would highly recomend installing this, alongside PAI. Here's the link to it: https://github.com/noontide-co/mainbranch

Thanks a lot! Interesting @Richard Magallanes! I knew Devon more as the Meta Ads guy, and the Skool community where "The Main Branch" is now being developed and discussed was, until recently, also known as "The Ads Lab". For non-pros, it makes sense to look for information somewhere other than the description in the GitHub repo for a framework that isn’t being discussed by dozens of creators on YouTube. That pretty much leaves only Devon’s Skool community, since it’s a repo that hasn’t been shared or forked at all so far. Virtually no stars, no forks. That means you also get very little information outside the Skool community. So, if you’re using it, it would of course be super cool and valuable if you could maybe make a short video showing how you set it up on your computer and where you see the advantages and benefits. Because if you look at the plans for the main branch of the Skool Community, you’ll see that the $19 per month is meant to get people on board initially and to help them realize the full potential with support. You’re then already on the $99-a-month plan. That’s no small amount for a framework that hasn’t been battle-tested in the public eye and for which you can’t really get information or support from the Skool Community either. Do you see what I mean? So if you’re using it yourself and don’t mind the effort, that would be awesome, because the basic idea—that the value is essentially created on my computer since I use everything via Git—isn’t exactly new, of course. The system in this form isn’t new, but if someone has already done a lot of the groundwork to configure it optimally, that’s obviously helpful too. But for someone who hasn’t really delved into it yet – like me, for example – the leap is too big to say: I’ll figure this out on my own, or with my limited time, I’ll shell out another $100 a month for a community without knowing exactly what to expect.

@Richard Magallanes Thanks for your feedback, Richard. That sounds great. However, I won’t be able to make it to the live call on Saturday. In my time zone, it’s 2:30 a.m., and I’ve already worked three night shifts over the past two weeks. So, a night shift for training is simply out of question. But I guess there will be a recording. Then I could at least watch that.
I Cancelled All My AI Tools
I used to have like 8 different AI subscriptions running. Jasper. Copy.ai. A couple of SEO tools. Zapier. Random Chrome extensions I forgot I was paying for. Last month I went through my subscriptions and cancelled almost everything. Not because they were bad. Because I realised I was rebuilding all of them anyway. Need a content brief? I built a skill for that in Claude Code. Need to publish a blog post to my CMS? That's an n8n workflow now. SEO audit? Built it. Competitor research? Built it. Landing pages? Built them. Every time I needed something, I'd go "can I just... build this?" and the answer kept being yes. The wild part is the stuff I build actually fits my workflow. No more adapting how I work to fit someone else's tool. No more paying $29/mo for a feature I use once a week. I'm not saying everyone should do this tomorrow. Some tools genuinely earn their spot. But if you're sitting on 5+ AI subscriptions and still feel like nothing quite works the way you want it to — that's the sign. The tool that fits your workflow perfectly is the one you build yourself. What's one subscription you keep paying for but barely use? Genuinely curious what everyone's "I should probably cancel this" tool is.

I’m thinking along the same lines. I’ve just cancelled my subscriptions to Lovable and Leap. They can’t do anything that Claude Code can’t do as well. However, I’m only just starting to look into how I can deploy web apps in a way that complies with the GDPR. So far, I haven’t really looked into GitHub repositories and the like. I’m not worrying too much about scalability or multi-tenant capability at the moment, because, as you described in this post, I’d like to start by developing solutions for my own use – partly to gain some experience.
