Experiencing issues with the Writing tool
@Andrey Bernhart @Roman Redl Hello guys! Been trying to reach out to you via Support section in PF. The AI writing tool didn't finish writing my chapter and I don't see an option to finish or to rewrite it. Could you, please, assist on this? Thanks!

Hi Varvara, Thank you for your instructions. I did as you said and it worked with one chapter - so I wrote it, fact-checked and proofread - all was fine, so I moved to the next chapter. Again, wrote and scrolled down (all was written), then clecked to fact check and to proofread after this - and again - almost half of the chapter was missing. Then I decided to move back and check if the previous chapter was ok, and it was not - a part of it is missing. I guess it happens after proofreading. And it looks like a bug.

Getting Reviews Without using Review sites
Hello guys, I have a question related to getting reviews. I have watched Andres Review videos and implemented most of the suggestions. For ARC readers, I understood there's two ways to go about this, In one video he says , to build your personal ARC using the sales copies of your book and collecting emails. In another video he says to reach out to an ARC group (Facebook) related to your book, and ask for feedback ... I did this and I have gotten many emails of people asking to do it for me (as in ask for reviews on my behalf!). They sound scammy - though I'm not sure. Would any of you know which groups are legit that I can ask for feedback? My brand is in the kids and teens niche. Also if I missed anything I would appreciate the reminding and correction.

@Andrey Bernhart Hi Andrey! Do you know the process of the review moderation? Yesterday, a real customer whom I sent a paperback myself had left a 5-star video-review of my book, but she said she didn't see it published, neither do I. From your experience, how long does it take for the review to be visible on Amazon? Thanks!

What is the logic of credits withdrawal?
Hey guys, @Andrey Bernhart @Roman Redl . Could you, please, explain in details the process of credits withdrawal? The thing is - when I'm on a page where I set instructions for cover generation, it says in the very bottom that 100 credits will be taken (screen attached), then I click to generate and the first time it took 250 credits, the other time I was credited 650 in total (for 2 attempts that totalled me 10 cover versions). Then the fun part - I was not doing anything, just going back and forth from Visuals to Library and it kept withdrawing credits (like minus 20-30 every time). Please, explain the logic behind this and maybe attach a table where I can see which of my actions cost me what amount of credits. Thank you in advance!

How to hide Sources in my PDF?
Hello guys! I remember Andrey mentioned at one of his webinars that there is an option to hide Sources so it's not included in our final manuscript. Can't find how to do it. Help!

Thank you guys for the instructions! I was looking for the tree dots while working in the Formatting tool, but you can hide the Sources in the Writing tool. Hope, it helps :)

Cover editing not working
