Hello Dr. Weir! I'm new to the group. I recently joined because I have been rated since August 2019 as a One Hundred Percent - 100% Disabled U.S. Military Veteran and have been fully dependent on a wheelchair for my mobility since October, 2022 resulting from Police/Law Enforcement Brutality in Bexar County, Texas for the THIRD time, with the first major time being August 31, 2018 and second time being September 19, 2019 and EVERY year subsequently until 2022. They embarked on a multi-agency elaborate cover-up evolving malicious prosecutions and MULTIPLE assaults, attorney bonds fraud with duplicate bonds left open, Brady/Exculpatory Evidence violations, and misrepresentation of government records to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) which resulted in the VA stopping my payments for almost a year, that also caused me and my babies our home, then when the VA apologized and paid my backpay, Texas State Attorney General's Office emptied my accounts (Roughly $23,000) in violations of 18 U.S.C. § 5301 again to sabotage my legal representation and to prevent me from filing a federal lawsuit. I ultimately filed the federal lawsuit against Bexar County and it's officials and the State of Texas. That lawsuit was prematurely closed by the SAME Federal Judge in the Western District of Texas who had transferred my Social Security Administration (SSA) Request for a Judicial Review to Eastern District of Texas, out of the jurisdiction and proper venue. That also was appealed to the Fifth Circuit. This was after Bexar County officials had brutalized, almost murdered a federal official MULTIPLE times in their unlawful custody and tried to cover it up, including falsification of government records on their Court docket records which is now in federal jurisdiction, under review in Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for a Writ of Mandamus I had filed to compel the corrupt officials of Bexar County to forward my filed Writ of Habeas Corpus to the CCA, which is under an active federal investigations. They thought I was a typical Nigerian resident subject to deportation, they initially did not know that I am Nigerian-American and appointed as a federal official.
