Wingchun for beginners
thanks for having me I am a 60 year old with little practical fight experience I have worked manually my whole life and tried a few trends as crossfit cycling running and such I am looking to have fun doing new things and improving health stamina and mobility outside of the mainstream gym traditions. I really think this system solves most self defense problems I am going to give it time and effort but first learn a few basics

Hi all I am just back from a pretty taxing run I had on the 17. went for a swim today and all is well apart from the stamina. It will take a while but I will get some time on the indoor bike do some sweet spot and vo2 intervals. I will make my own wooden dummy to get started. Not much going on but work at the moment. happy friday cheers
