I’m so grateful I can drop into prayer whenever I feel the call. This morning I was about to raise my voice at my toddler and I stopped myself after a few harsh words, told my daughter I just needed a moment, and said a prayer out loud asking for calm and kindness to flow through me. Sure enough, the rest of the morning was a lot smoother. I didn’t grow up praying so it’s something I have been intentional about working on as an adult. And I am so glad I have this prayer muscle now. I hope I can pass it on to my kiddo!!

I’m so grateful to feel the sunshine on my face. My favorite thing about the snow is how it amplifies the sun and creates such a bright atmosphere in the day.

I am grateful for the wonderful feeling I experience looking at all y’all’s beautiful posts and expressions of love, gratitude, and joy! I am grateful for my continued self awareness and consistent self-love. I am grateful to feel like I can trust myself 🙏🏽 Grateful for a warm home, stocked kitchen, and freshly cleaned bathrooms ✨ I hope everyone is staying warm and cosy 🌞

Grateful I am seeing the effects of my nervous system changing from cowering and building walls and physically feeling my chest tighten to smiling and feeling free to speak and speak with maturity.

Thankful my sweet son (11) has learned to make a few dishes .. made us egg sandwiches for breakfast .. all on his own 🫶🏼 He's growing up quickly .. but handling the pressures of life well and is a very sweet little guy! (Clingy, but sweet!) Also thankful he's a lover of fishing and basketball and not girl crazy quite yet lol
