Hi everyone, Before we get started, I want to share a little about my journey and why this community exists. I’ve been in e-commerce for almost 6 years. The first 4 years were extremely difficult. I was constantly testing products, spending money on ads, inventory, supplies, and many other things trying to make my store work. The revenue was there. Orders were coming in. But the truth is — I wasn’t profitable. I couldn’t take a vacation for even a week.I couldn’t confidently restock inventory using my business card. And even though sales were happening, I didn’t truly understand where the money was going. That experience is actually very common for online sellers. Many stores generate revenue, but the owner doesn’t have a clear system to control conversions, costs, and profitability. Everything changed when I started investing in mentorship, courses, and education to truly understand how ecommerce businesses work behind the scenes. After years of learning and testing, I discovered something very important: Without a SYSTEM, an ecommerce business will keep wasting time, money, and energy. Once I built and applied the right system to my business, everything changed. Within the next two years, I was able to transform my results and build a six-figure ecommerce business that was actually profitable. The difference was not luck.The difference was structure and strategy. That’s exactly what I teach here.
