A Quiet Check-in
As Steady Ground grows, I want to pause and make room for the women who have recently joined us. You do not have to arrive here with everything figured out. You may be rebuilding, grieving, making a difficult decision, or simply realizing that the way you have been living is costing you too much. Wherever you are, you are welcome to begin quietly. Tonight, ask yourself: What do I need most right now—clarity, rest, courage, or direction? You may share your answer below, or simply carry the question with you. There is no pressure here. We will take the next step together. 🌿☕

I really appreciate the intentionality behind this, Teresa. I think creating a space where women can participate without feeling pressured to immediately open up is powerful, especially when they may already be navigating a lot. I’m curious, as Steady Ground grows, how are you thinking about helping new members move from quietly observing to eventually feeling comfortable enough to participate and connect?
Return to Yourself
Do you find yourself not smiling as much or finding joy in the simple things? Do you feel like you have given more time, resources, or yourself than you can afford to lose? Here you will find guided Reflection Tools to help you reflect and refocus, so you can return to yourself.

I really like the idea of “returning to yourself.” Sometimes people spend so much time giving to everything and everyone around them that they don’t realize how disconnected they’ve become from themselves. Teresa, I’m curious when you created these Reflection Tools, what kind of change were you hoping members would experience as they work through them?
Calm is a Skill
What is one way you keep calm when your life feels chaotic?

For me, it’s usually stepping back for a moment instead of trying to solve everything at once. I really like the idea of treating calm as a skill because it’s something you can actually practice and build over time. I’m curious, Teresa when you created Steady Ground, was helping people develop that kind of practical skill part of the vision? And what have you noticed helps your members the most?
