Did any of you guys tried to stack these two substances and if yes, how did you do it and amount?

My doctor prescribed me Tadalafil 10 mg on Monday and 10mg Friday , what you guys consider to be the best way to use tadalafil for sexual success ?

You guys think two shots of testosterone a week 80mg each shot (200mg) plus two pills of enclomiphene 25mg each a week is a good combo?

Hi everyone, I have a question here or maybe a debate. I was experiencing some mental tiring issues, I started Dihexa a couple of months ago, I noticed great results right away. After a while I felt it was too much and was probably affecting my sleeping, so I reduced to three times a week and after a while I reduced for two times a week but half doais. I feel is still working, now I only do half dosis when I feel I need (not every week) it and I still think it works well , anyone has an opinion about it or experienced something similar? Thank you 🙏
