As a Founder, right now, I’m in a phase where I’m not trying to do more. I’m focused on doing what actually moves the needle 📈 Getting to the next level isn’t about adding complexity, it’s about refining what already works and TRIPLING down on it with crystal clear intention. Here’s what I’m actively doing in my business and community these days so hopefully it can help you transform your business and your community too! I’m focusing on consistency, visibility, and connection at scale. Showing up daily, engaging intentionally across communities, and creating systems that keep momentum going even when I’m not “on.” And through that, here are 3 insights you can implement immediately to create real impact in engagement and revenue 👇 1️⃣ Proximity = Growth 👥 The more you show up in other people’s communities, the more visibility and trust you build. Don’t just post! Genuinely engage, support, and add value everywhere, as much as you can! People don’t convert from seeing you once, they convert from seeing you everywhere. 2️⃣ Simplicity Scales, Complexity Kills 🔨 If your systems are too complicated, they won’t be consistent. I’ve been simplifying everything from content, outreach, offers so that it can be executed daily without friction. Simple systems = repeatable results. 3️⃣ Build Culture First, Monetization Second 🌐 Most people try to monetize too early. The real play is building attention + trust first. When your community is active, engaged, and connected to you, revenue becomes a natural byproduct, not something you have to force. At the end of the day, the next level isn’t unlocked by a new strateg, It’s unlocked by who you become and how you show up daily. ❓Question ❓ What’s one thing you’re focusing on right now to reach your next level? What does it actually mean to be human? Not the labels, not the roles, not what you do day to day, but this experience you’re having underneath all of it. To feel things deeply, to build something that matters to you, to question yourself, to grow, to pull back, to move forward again. To want more out of life and at the same time sense there’s already something here that’s whole. There’s something kind of wild about it when you really look. We’re aware and we’re aware that we’re aware. We can create, reflect, choose, and shift how we show up. When I slow down and actually sit with that, it changes how I move through things. There’s always a next level in what we’re building and in who we’re being as we build it. Not just more revenue, more clients, or a bigger vision, but a different way of showing up that can actually hold that next level. In my experience, it’s rarely a strategy problem. It’s usually a capacity conversation. The capacity to hold more responsibility without getting overwhelmed. To make the decisions you’ve been avoiding. To stay steady when things feel uncertain. To lead in a way that matches where you say you want to go. So I’d invite you to take a few minutes with this… What’s the next level for you right now? And what is it actually going to require of you to step into it? Not just externally, but internally. What capacities are being asked of you as a leader that maybe haven’t fully come online yet? Sit with it. Feel into it a bit before answering. This may be something you sit with for an extended period of time. A question that doesn't have an answer but evolves with you over time.
