Talking about building something and actually building it are two completely different things. Someone gets fired up, they're all in, they have the vision, they're telling people about their idea. Then the work shows up, and suddenly there's a shinier thing over there that looks easier. I know this is true because I did it for close to two years straight. I'm speaking from experience here, not judging... I genuinely believed the next course was gonna be the one. The next strategy was gonna unlock everything, but guess what? It didn't. What actually changed things was realizing I was using learning as a way to avoid doing. It felt productive, but it was far from that. Sitting on the sidelines is not a knowledge problem.
