L Carnitine Dosing
Assuming the goal is fat loss, 200mg is a perfectly effective dose when following a polypharmacy model with multiple drug pathways contributing to the desired end result. Although this is not what I would recommend, you’d likely need more than that to see noticeable effect if using L-Carnitine alone. 200mg of l-carnitine + 1.5iu of GH for example would be a great synergy of FFA mobilisation + transport. For fat loss I would simply recommend remaining fasted for the duration of time you want to accelerate the transportation of mobilised fatty acids. So for example, the duration of your fasted cardio, or the 2-3 hour window that GH will be mobilising FFA’s for. For hypertrophy, dosages at >1000mg potentially cause issues with FFA dumping, so I wouldn’t recommend going that high. I don’t see issues with 200-600mg/day, but I have never seen a case for nutrient transport that has warranted >200mg in my experience. Pre-workout to aid in glucose disposal is smart idea.

Use a 30g 1" and it's alot less of a chore to do daily and less chance of scare tissue buildup, hardly feel it at all. 23g to draw, swap to 30g to inject.

you can also make your own injectable L - Carnitine, its fairly easy and Extremely cheap, i make it at 500mg per ml which also reduces the volume needed per injection, i have been doing it this way for ages now with zero difference compared too "Store" bought. the main thing to be carful on is the final stage, after dissolving into the BAC water, you must filter through a .22um filter into a sterile vessel, the initial cost of set up has been already absorbed into the first 500ml batch made.
Metformin
Anyone has experience with using metformin… is there any accurate way to measure the milligrams need it in reference to the carbs consumed like with insulin ?

@Anderson Lopez yes they are, sorry ive been away from Skool for a bit, our company does Random and regular Drug and Alcohol tests, these are mandatory in the Mining industry, i guess when your dealing with thousands of tons in weight and equipment worth Millions of dollars, not to mention lives are on the line, i actually welcome the testing to help me ensure i can trust the people i work with.. but in some instances, like this, it sucks lol, Metformin isn't going to effect me in this way but i would have to show a prescription once identified as its a controlled substance.
This question is for any and all experienced people who have trained for years.
I am having trouble determining if I am not giving myself enough time to recover, For the longest time I was push pull legs with 3 on 1 off. On off days I would do core, calves and cardio. I did a show in November and got really lean. Now 4-5 months post show I am doing upper lower so 2 on 1 off training all week. I now have issues in certain muscles and joints. Primarily shoulders and knees. I am never sore anymore except in my quads post workout. I don’t eat a ton (2500 k) but since the show I have added back in pro inflammatory foods. My question is what is your Primary factors to know if your not recovering enough. My desire never wains, my sleep is good and 8 hours, I am on hrt ( test cyp, 2x a week for 180 mg and started gh 2 months 2 ius nightly.) not sure if the gh is causing the inflammation in my joints or not. It dramatically helped my sleep. I have 20 + years of constant weight training. If you need more info from me just ask Thanks for any info. Lww
