3 weeks in. I’ve been super happy with the program. I’m enjoying Nelly’s workouts- they’re fun, varied, and push you. The community is also welcoming, and a safe space, even if you feel like a beginner to intermediate (me!). Nelly also makes sure to include variations and challenges, so all you gotta do is keep pushin’:) 

With that said, I recommend joining this community. I’ll come back one day & give some feedback on how Nelly helped me go on my 1st mountaineering trip so stay tuned!🤗
