Lessons I Learned the Hard Way So You Don’t Have To #1 🧙♂️
Today we will discuss what bothers almost every content creator out there: VIEWS 😮 But what if I told you that most people perceive view counts not as they should...? And I was too when I just started, but I learned a valuable lesson throughout my journey that nobody talks about...🧙♂️ What if I told you that your low view count is not your enemy but rather your compass or navigator? 🧭 Your view count actually tells you a lot about your content if you pay attention. A low view count doesn’t mean you’re a horrible creator or that you should stop trying. Low views simply show you that you need to improve some aspects of your videos, like overall resolution quality, sound, video effects, text on the video, and more. And if we treat those views as our friends who are trying to help us improve, that little shift in mindset changes EVERYTHING and saves you a lot of unnecessary stress. Mindset is Key: - Winner Mindset: “Okay, I got 200-500 views on my recent videos. TikTok is telling me I need to improve some aspects of my video in order to get more views. Will be done—thank you for the free feedback, TikTok! 😁” - This positive mindset achieves everything not only on TikTok but in life. - Loser Mindset: “I got low views on my recent videos. I guess that’s not for me, and everybody has been lying to me. 😠” - This negative mindset is not productive and keeps you stuck. Through my experience, I have learned the logic of the TikTok algorithm and you can understand it by paying attention to your views count: Decoding Your View Counts: - 200-500 Views: If your video stops here, it’s a sign that the content didn’t grab or hold people’s attention. It’s not about timing or hashtags—it’s about refining your hook or improving your content quality and idea. - 1,000-5,000 Views: This means your video is engaging for some viewers, but when the algorithm pushes it to a bigger audience, it loses steam. Keep tweaking—it’s close to being a hit! Keep pushing in the same direction.
