Stop waiting for motivation
Hello everybody, Stop waiting for motivation. Opportunities are already around us. Honestly, my life used to be a complete mess. I didn’t study well, my family environment was difficult, and many things went wrong. At first, I blamed my life and my situation. But one day, someone who thought he was a gentleman looked down on me and blamed me. At that moment, I realized there was no reason to keep blaming my life or my situation. So I decided to create a better future for myself. I’ve done all kinds of work. I even cleaned toilets and worked as a cleaner in a small bar. But during that time, I stopped blaming my life. Because I realized those experiences were part of my journey to improve myself. Even if people look down on you or try to make you feel worthless, don’t give up if you know you’re on the right path. This happens to everyone. Sometimes life sends us signs and opportunities that could change everything, but we keep missing them. In fact, it’s not impossible to catch those chances. Even right now, new opportunities are coming toward us. Don’t miss your chance. Now is the time. If you feel the same way as me, contact me.

Thinking about collaborating and app idea!
Tried to explain 'Energy' in one sentence. Life handed me the perfect example.
Hi Everyone, 👋 I came across this old blog post I made back in 2015 when I was still living in China. I read it through again and felt the message was still very relevant today. So here you are. I hope it helps someone else today. A dear Chinese friend asked me to explain 'Energy' to another friend last night. Wow. How do you sum that up in one easy sentence? Got lucky, though. Right at that moment, these two lovely ladies were being bothered by a guy a bit drunk, loud, argumentative, zero empathy, full of arrogance. Perfect teaching moment. The young lady I was talking to was going through some heavy relationship stuff. She'd come out hoping her friend could help her make sense of it all. I was just the bloke standing there who got asked to jump in. Here's what I said to her.... 'Energy' is something some of us can feel straight away. Others can't yet. You called your friend tonight because you trust her. She's quiet. She's warm. She listens. She won't judge you or rush you. She'll hold your hand and just be there. Her energy feels calm, and that's why you feel safe opening up to her about things that hurt. Right? She nodded. Yes. She really helps me. Then I nodded toward the loud one. Him? You've got your back turned to him. Your shoulders are curled in. Your head's down. You're trying to make yourself smaller, trying to get distance. He's loud, pushy, all up in your space. He's not thinking about you at all – just himself. You feel unsafe. Threatened. Right? Another nod. Yes. That's bad energy. Dark. Forceful. Wants to control. Can you feel the difference? She smiled. Nodded again. Yes. And that was it. From that moment, something opened up. She started talking, really talking. Her friend and I just listened and held the space. The loud guy got the message and drifted off. And at the end of the night, she went home lighter. Carrying a bit of love and good energy with her. That's all any of us can really do for each other, isn't it? Most 'dark energy' isn't evil, it's just unhealed. But you don't have to stick around and fix it. Your first job is always protecting your own field.

This is a really grounded way to explain something that’s often hard to put into words. I like how you used a real-life contrast—calm, safe presence vs. loud, intrusive behavior—to make “energy” feel observable rather than abstract. That makes the concept much easier to understand, especially for people who don’t naturally think in spiritual terms. The key takeaway also lands well: not labeling people as “bad energy,” but recognizing behavior and impact, and then choosing boundaries while protecting your own space.
May the 4th be with you… but which Force are we actually talking about?
You know what I love about Star Wars? Not the light sabres or the space ships (ok, maybe a little bit). It’s that George Lucas accidentally wrote a whole spiritual manual for us. The Jedi talk about the Force like it’s everywhere. Flowing through all living things. Connecting everything. Sound familiar? That’s just another word for what we’ve been calling Energy all along. Yoda’s best line? Not the backwards grammar one. It’s this: “Luminous beings are we… not this crude matter.” Meaning you are not just your stress, your bank balance, your relationship mess, or that thing someone said to you yesterday. You are light. You always were. And here’s the juicy bit for your spiritual practice today… The Jedi also knew that fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. They weren't being dramatic. They were describing what happens when you lose connection to your own good energy. When you clamp down. When you try to control instead of trust. So today – just for fun – try this.... When you feel that anxious clench in your chest… ask yourself: “Am I acting like a Jedi right now, or am I acting like a Sith Lord having a quiet meltdown?” No judgement. Just noticing. And then breathe. Feel the Force (or God, or Universe, or just the air moving in and out) flow through you. Remind yourself: “I am a luminous being having a slightly messy human day. And that’s allowed.” May the 4th be with you. But more importantly, may you be with you. The real, luminous, starry-hearted you. With Love ❤️ Always Mark

This is a really thoughtful way to connect a cultural moment with mindfulness and emotional awareness ✨ I like how you tied the Jedi philosophy back to everyday human experience—especially the reminder that emotions like fear and anger are often signals of disconnection rather than something “wrong” with us. The “luminous beings” idea is a powerful reframing for self-perception. And that final line—“may you be with you”—is a simple but grounding takeaway.
