What you are not changing, you are choosing 💚🐛🦋
What you're not changing, you're choosing. I think maybe this is one of the hardest truths to sit with. How many times have we said we want something different — and then gone home and done the exact same thing we did yesterday. We wait for the different result, hoping it arrives on its own, while we keep doing what we've always done. To actually change something, we have to start doing it differently. Not everything. Just one step, taken in a new direction. That's the part nobody tells you. It's not about having it all figured out. It's about choosing, today, to do one thing differently than you did it yesterday. How many more years are you willing to give to a life you keep saying you want to leave? Be honest — are you actually stuck, or just comfortable enough not to move? Sit with that for a second, and ask yourself what's the real reason you're still choosing this, and not the life you say you want. It is up to you? If you want share with us your reflection 🐛🦋💚

This resonates with me. I've learned that waiting for the "right time" often keeps us in the same place. One small action today is worth more than endless planning.🍀👌

I keep thinking about this idea that readiness follows action, not the other way around. Maybe confidence works the same way we don't find it first, we build it by doing. Has anyone experienced that in their own life?🍀🤔
Be honest🦋
Be honest — how many times did you say yes this week, when you meant no? Maybe because saying no felt too risky, too much like disappointing someone. So you said yes, and something in you quietly shrank a little. You're not a bad person for doing this. You just learned your "no" wasn't always safe to say out loud. But here's the thing — when your yes or no comes from your inner voice, the real one, you're not just answering. You're choosing yourself. What's your reflection on this?

I appreciate the message🤗, but I also think people say yes for many reasons :kindness, teamwork, compromise or genuine willingness not only because they feel unsafe saying no. Reflecting on why we answered the way we did can be more valuable than assuming one explanation.🍀

I agree that saying yes when we really mean no can lead to stress and all that. At the same time, I think context matters. Sometimes we say yes because it genuinely reflects our values, kindness, generosity, teamwork, or supporting someone we care about not because we're afraid to say no. The important question, to me, is whether our yes is a conscious choice or a response to pressure. Self awareness helps us tell the difference. 🍀😊
Real you🐛🦋💚
Where are you right now? Not the version you show people — the real one. Maybe you're in the middle of something. Maybe you're just coming out of something. Maybe you don't even have the words for it yet, and that's okay too. Drop a sentence or two below. Doesn't have to be polished. This is just a space to say it out loud

I'm in a season of figuring things out. Not everything is clear yet, and that's okay. I'm learning to trust the process, take things one day at a time, and be present instead of expecting myself to have everything figured out.🍀
