Give yourself Grace
Someday, you will look back at what you are going through now and realize that Grace really did get you where you are. I am here for you. I have been through the storms and survived.

@Mary Ann Meuth Mary Ann, thank you for sharing something so personal. I’m truly sorry for the abuse you experienced and for the loss of your son. I can understand why learning to forgive yourself became such an important part of your healing. Sometimes we carry guilt for things we could never have known or changed, and it takes time to see that through a different perspective. What you said about accepting God’s grace really stood out to me. I appreciate you sharing that with the community, because I’m sure there are women who need that reminder too. I’m glad you had someone who helped you recognize what was happening and begin to see yourself with more compassion.

Mary Ann, absolutely. I actually took some time to look more closely at the Community, Classroom, and About page so I could speak to you from an implementation perspective rather than just give you general ideas. What I see is that the heart and message of Beyond the Storm are already very strong. Where I see the biggest opportunity is turning what you've created into a clearer member journey. Right now, I would focus on three things: 1. Member journey — giving a new woman a clear path from joining → Start Here → first small action → community support → weekly check-ins → deeper resources. 2. Classroom structure — organizing the content around the stages your members are actually going through, so they know what to consume, what to do, and what comes next. 3. About/landing page — making the transformation and member experience clearer, so someone can immediately understand who this is for, what happens when they join, and where the community can take them. Then I'd build the engagement system around that journey so the community isn't just a place where encouraging posts are shared, but a space where women are consistently guided, supported, and encouraged to take small steps forward. That's the part I'd be interested in implementing with you rather than simply handing you a list of ideas. If you're open to it, I'd be happy to talk through exactly what I would change and how I would structure the implementation.
