السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته My name is Qamar (this is what my loved ones calls me), and I am from Saudi Arabia. I am joining this community, because I have been waiting to get married (I guess, there is more to what’s happening in my head than just wanting companionship) and I watched a video titled ‘How to Talk to Parents About Marriage in Islam’ and it opened my eyes and made me see my family’s perspective to me ‘rigid standards’ I am here to grow; I am here because I feel like I am not what Allah wants me to be. I am here solely to progress as a Muslimah, find a dedicated Muslimah community that is chaos-free, and hopefully find someone that doesn’t complete me but honours me; because only Allah can complete me. One interesting/fun fact about me is that I have too many hobbies, but I procrastinate A LOT, and I was an agnostic at one point in life, and yet I used to pray to Allah to please be real and exist 😂🩷 جزاك الله خيرًا
