The 3 Questions That Never Go Away
Scrolled back through this group's old posts. The questions that get the most comments are always about the same 3 things: when to enter, when to exit, and how much to risk. Funny enough, that's basically the whole QuickStart guide in 3 bullet points. Anyone else notice we all keep circling back to the same core questions?

The 3 Questions That Never Go Away
When Are You Actually Ready to Trade?
Real question: what does "ready to trade" even mean? I keep hearing people say "I'll start when I know enough." But when is that, really? The QuickStart guide has a line about this that stuck with me: "Most traders lose money because they jump in blind." Maybe "ready" isn't a feeling — it's just following the steps in order instead of skipping ahead. Anyone else stuck in the "I'll start when I know enough" loop?

ITM, ATM, OTM — The 3 Option Zones
Someone asked what ITM, ATM, and OTM mean. Quick version: In the money = your option already has value if exercised today. At the money = right at the strike. Out of the money = no value yet, just potential. Save this if you're still getting the vocab down.

What Does the VIX Actually Tell You?
Quick one for beginners: VIX under 15 = calm market. VIX 15-25 = normal. VIX over 30 = real fear setting in. Over 40 = extreme fear, which historically marks some of the best buying windows. The contrarian principle in the guide: when everyone's fearful, be greedy. When everyone's greedy, be fearful.

The Golden Rules of Trading
Real question for the group: what's one trading mistake you've made that you'd warn a beginner about? The guide has a whole "Golden Rules" section listing the non-negotiables — never risk more than 5% per trade, always set a stop loss BEFORE entering, never trade around earnings. Curious which one most of you learned the hard way.
