I’ve got the idea, now I need the visuals. But here’s the trap: Copying too much makes you a cheap knock-off. You have to steal the essence, not the product. My plan? Keep the simple stickman concept but massively upgrade the visual quality. So, the niche is locked: 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 using simple 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. But I’m not starting to create just yet. Most people just copy blindly, but I want to understand exactly why these videos work. I’m spending today 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲-𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 the top videos—dissecting their hooks and retention hacks—so I can build a 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. I wrote a breakdown of exactly what I look for during this analysis.
