My apologies, but my mom recently passed and we are still dealing with burial dates. Once my mi d is clear I will join. In mean time I am doing intermittent fasting and trying to eat healthy. I don’t have any health concerns other than Central sleep apnea, that I had to cancel my Remedé implant. So basically I want to learn to stay healthy and stay away from unnecessary meds. Thank you.
