🌅 How Do You Kick-Start Your Day?
Good morning everyone! 🌞 I’ve been thinking a lot about morning rituals lately and how they set the tone for the rest of our day. We all know that most successful people have their own special way to start the day, right? Personally, I love keeping my morning routine flexible, mixing it up depending on how I feel. Most days, inspired by my friend and coach @Perry Idyll. I start with a big smile 😄, then do push-ups, take a refreshing shower, sip on some tea, meditate, and hit the gym. Sometimes, I’ll switch it up with some planning or journaling, jumping on my rebounder, or going for a walk. I also make time for gratitude, visualizations, and meditation—these are things that really help me set a positive tone for the day. Oh, and if you’re into breathwork, I’ve got something special for you! Below, you’ll find an amazing breathwork meditation by our friend Niraj, the founder of Summer Breath. It’s something I love to do to kick-start my day as well, and I highly recommend checking it out. But I know everyone has their unique way of powering up for the day ahead.
