@Hala Taha It’s a 30 day journal/devotional that helps women take their thoughts captive and change the way they think about themselves. I’ve struggled with negative thoughts about myself for a long time. They only got worse after an extremely difficult season in life. My thoughts were not aligned with what I believe God says about me and I realized my mind was taking me captive. I decided to speak affirmations over myself: “I am strong. I am beautiful. I can do hard things, etc”. After doing this for a week or so, I found myself dwelling on the positive thoughts more than the negative ones. I figured I’m not the only woman in the world who struggles with this so I wrote a book helping them do what I did. I’ve heard from several ladies saying it’s “helped them set the intention for the day”, “it retrained their brain”, or “I loved it so much that I bought it for a friend”.
