What’s up everyone, my name’s Mawil. I’m a real estate investor, content creator, and entrepreneur currently focused on scaling both my portfolio and personal brands the right way. I currently own 3 units, including a rental property in Puerto Rico, and I’m actively looking into opportunities across Florida with a focus on long-term appreciation, cash flow, and creative financing strategies.
