I recently discovered daybreaker.com, and love the concept. It is essentially an urban-coded version of dance temple, and with one key difference that they also run it midweek in cafes and such as a pre-work shakeout, sometimes combined with a yoga or breath work class. Very cool :) I hope to trial offering one at UVIC this semester
